About Us
My name is Mert. I am working in the Netherlands as an highly skilled migrant. I am within the most vulnerable group in the job market, because I do not know the Dutch language, I come from a non-EU country and I am the unique source of income of a lovely family. With this platform, I voluntarily help data analytics talents who have similar struggles with me. This platform aims to bridge the gap between these talents and potential employers, ensuring equal opportunities for all.
The other career platforms do not provide sufficient filtering options. Therefore, non-Dutch speakers often struggle to find suitable job opportunities.
I do NOT source the job positions from LinkedIn or Indeed, etc. Some of the platforms are just sourcing from each other (mainly from Linkedin). However, talentiv extracts job positions directly from the company websites which are in IND recognized sponsor list. So our sources are refined to help expats

Too many talented non-Dutch speakers are being eliminated during the hiring process due to language barriers, even when they possess the necessary skills and qualifications for the job.
I aim to solve this problem by providing a platform that allows users to filter jobs based on language requirements, location, and working type.
I generate RSS feeds from various companies' career pages and parse them to extract relevant job information.
Our LLM models analyze the jobs, define the hard and soft skillsets as well as the language needed to perform the jobs.
